On Saturday, October 24, La Mécanique Vélo invites you to join us for a Cargo Social Ride!
On the agenda: a fun ride on a cargo bike or longtail bike, suitable for the whole family, to enjoy some quality time together on two wheels.
And because after all that hard work comes a little reward… we’re treating you to breakfast when you get back! 🥐☕
No problem! We have 3 to 4 cargo bikes available for anyone who wants to try this way of cycling with their family.
A great opportunity to test the cargo ship under real-world conditions, in a friendly atmosphere!
📍 Starting point: La Mécanique Vélo, 10 Route du Château d’Affry, Givisiez
🕘 9:00 a.m.: Welcome for participants
🚲 9:15 a.m.: Start of the ride
🥐 Starting at 10:30 a.m.: Complimentary breakfast at the store

Dear Customers,
To better serve you, minimize disruptions in the workshop, and devote the necessary time to each bike, La Mécanique Vélo is adjusting its operations.
Here are a few changes to keep in mind.
You can reach our team by phone:
Monday through Friday
🕙 10h00 – 12h00
🕑 14h00 – 17h00
On Saturday
🕙 10h00 – 15h00
Outside of these hours, our team is, of course, still on duty at the store and in the workshop.
To better organize entry and exit from the workshop, bikes should be dropped off and picked up at
Appointments, in 15-minute time slots:
Monday through Friday
🕤 09h30 – 10h30
🕔 17h00 – 17h45
Your time slot is scheduled in advance with our team.
Monday mornings are set aside for planning the week and the workshop.
The store opens to customers at 10:00 a.m. on Mondays.
From Tuesday through Saturday, our regular hours of operation remain the same.

When you purchase a new bike from us, you’ll receive 3 years or 3,000 km of complimentary service (whichever comes first).
Service appointments are scheduled in advance to ensure regular and optimal maintenance of your bike.
Example: On a Yuba Spicy Curry cargo bike, service costs about 350 CHF per year. With our offer, that amounts to over 1,050 CHF in free service—a real discount on the total cost of your bike.

Amount: 20% of the purchase price, up to a maximum of CHF 300 for standard bicycles and up to a maximum of CHF 600 for cargo bikes and longtails.
